With a solid list of reoccurring participants, our 7 FCFF events have certainly witnessed the return of many familiar faces. The event is fantastic and continues to evolve and grow. Each event has also brought a great mix of NEW venders from all over the state of NY as well as Pennsylvania and even Ohio. Local and National vendors are strongly rooted in the saltwater reef keeping hobby, but have not been limited to such. We’ve had fresh water, reptiles, even sushi venders set up in an effort to bring variety and interest for all that attend. We’re always looking for awesome new and interesting vendors. Sponsorship

As FCFF continues to grow and gain in popularity, participation as a sponsor can gain your business valuable visibility through the fantastic attendance of this event. Attendance has grown through each event and attendees are engaged not only with the venders selling their products at the event, but also by guest speakers, free giveaways, door prizes and a raffle event. Having your business, logo and/or literature present during this event offers a venue of visibility and valuable advertising in the lead up to the event. Raffle Donations

This is a fantastic was to get your business or brand in front of hundreds of enthusiastic hobbyists in this hotbed of aquatic fascination! For each FCFF event, we collect donations, not only from local participants/venders, but from national brands large and small. These brands are advertised in the build up to the event as having donated items for raffles and door prizes, ultimately gaining visibility, interest and enthusiasm for the brand and the event attendance. Many attendees stay right up until the very end in anticipation of the raffles and the fantastic prizes offered. All proceeds benefit a local NFP engaging youth.

Guest Speaking

We are always looking for fantastic guest speakers to engage attendees in discussion and learning around hobby related topics. We welcome topics of all sorts and would encourage topics that branch in to fresh water and reptiles, as those interests are prolific and growing in the upstate markets.
